How does a reading work, and when do I get it?
You choose a service, share what it needs (birth details, a palm photo or a dream) and place the order. A master prepares your reading personally and sends it within the stated timeframe: an in-depth PDF reading plus a voice message. After that you can ask follow-up questions in chat.
Why do you ask for my birth time and place?
A natal chart is built from the sky at one exact moment above one exact point on Earth. Without time and city a reading stays general; with them it becomes precise and personal.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your birth details and reading inputs are visible only to you and the master working on your order. Payments run through the App Store and Google Play, so we never see or store your card details.
What is Umbra AI, and how is it different from master readings?
Umbra AI is our own neural network, trained on specialist literature and hundreds of real master readings. It prepares short free daily forecasts with a subscription. Full readings are different: a master always makes them, never the network.
Can I get a refund?
If the master has not started your order yet, you can cancel it for a full refund in stars. Once work has begun or been delivered, write to support and we will look at it case by case. Subscription billing and refunds follow App Store and Google Play rules.
Which languages does Umbra speak?
